The "world's most influential scientists" list, prepared annually in cooperation with Stanford University and Elsevier, was announced in October 2023. The list of scientists in the top 2 percent of the world's scientists in 22 departments and 176 sub-branches was published in the Elsevier database.
This list, which was created according to objective criteria such as the number of qualified publications of academics, the number of citations to these publications from qualified journals, the number of patents, h-index, etc., was published in two categories as "annual impact" and "career-long impact".
In the list, Prof. Dr. Talat KÖRPINAR, one of the faculty members of our department, successfully announced the name of Muş Alparslan University this year, as every year.
